I need to know if headbanging can cause hair loss. I am very concerned about my hair (because I'm trying to grow it out and it's the only time I'll be able to do so in a year due to school regulations). If I touch it with my shoulder and it pulled it a little, would that damage my hair? And if I headbang which makes my hair swing, can I lose any of my hair? Is it bad for hair?Headbanging = loss of hair?
I don't think it would affect your hair. Unless, of course, you're head banging in a pit of fire or something. ^-^
